What is expert management?

Expert management is management for experts and management by experts. The Costa Tropical is teeming with experts, some genuine, some invented. I meet them, I check them out. I meet you and check you out for that matter!

And I offer my expert services and those of other real experts to those who need us. Those who are willing to pay a reasonable price for specialist services.

Look at webddesign for example. Everybody needs a website nowadays. Big or small, a visiting card or a fully blown shop. I love some of the designs (I have in fact two excellent graphic designers for you ) , some designs are simply awful. How many “experts” are out there doing web stuff? Who to trust? Who understands what I want without me having to talk “tekki”? Who can advise me on how to go about? Do you want to get into the nitty gritty of html, bits and bytes, latest technologies? Would you not want a reliable person, pay them a sum and be happy ever after? I would.

I do because my time is too valuable. I can earn more money doing my own business in the time I spend to get to grips with the ins and outs of a new website than I have to pay somebody who does it for me. That’s called division of labour and that’s what I like. I do not like to be bothered.

And there will always be somebody’s nephew who does it for free. And for those who chose to go this way – good luck to you. I need to rely on my tools in business and that’s why as an expert in management I hire experts for my website.
